Wednesday was overdose awareness day. Anne Arundel County executive Steve Schuh participated in a candlelight vigil in Glen Burnie to raise awareness of opioidand heroin addiction in the county. We continue to work to educate as many of our citizens as we can as to the dangers of opioid addiction, said Schuh. This vigil gives our community an opportunity to remember those we have lost to this horrible scourge.
