We will be meeting at the Oswego Public Library down stairs in the Community Room on Nov. 10 from 6 鈥?8 p.m. Well learn about what the Nuisance Abatement ordinance actually covers as well as some of the other laws of Oswego, explained Betty Gray, coordinator. Gue stanley cup st speakers will be Sgt. Bateman of the police department and First Ward Councilo stanley mug r Connie Cosemento. Gray describes the group as neighbors helping neighbors. Neighborhood Watch is a program is for the whole city, she said. Everyone is welcome to attend and our college students are welcome because they are part of our community, too.
