A veterinarian at the Broadway Animal Hospital in Orangeville accused of sexual assault has had the criminal charge withdrawn in court.In early September, a woman contacted Orangeville police to report she had been the victim of unwanted sexual touching during an incident in late May.Following the police investigation, Bhupinder Singh Yogi, 55, of Brampton, was charged with sexual assault on Sept. 7. Police reported the victim and the accused are known to each other.
