A Scottsville man is facing drug charges.The Scottsville Police Department responded to stanley cup a call to 500 West Main Street to an unresponsive man on Sunday.According to a citation, officers located Michael L. Stephens, 40 of Scottsville, passed out on the sidewalk.Officers were able to wake Stephens up. Stephens told officers he had not taken anything and told EMS he did not need further attention.Officers say that Stephens ; speech was slurred and detected an odor of alcohol from his breath.Stephens agreed to a search.
