Fay, 18, of 128 Shacksbush Road, Bernhards Bay.The passenger who lost his life in the accident is listed as Dilla stanley cup n F. Mueller, 18, of 3314 Fulton Avenue, Central Square.Reportedly, Mr. Fay was operating a 2004 Chevrolet eastbound on Lower Road when he lost control of the vehicle as he was coming out of a curve in the road, a quarter mile east of Hayes Road.The vehicle reportedly careened to the north side of the road and struck a sign post, then went into a ditch, which caused stanley cup the roof of the vehicle to strike a tree and caused the vehicle to overturn.Both driver and passenger wer vaso stanley e transported by ambulance to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse.A curve/speed sign is reportedly in place approaching the curve in the road.Unsafe speed and traffic control disregard appear to have been contributing factors in the incident, which remains under investigation at this time.
