KITCHENER 鈥?Two men are facing assault charges in connection to an incident at Miltons Restaurant in November.On Nov. 10, Waterloo Regional Police were called to the restaurant at King Street East and Fairway Road South for a report of stanley mugs a disturbance.Two Kitchener men, a 53-year-old and a 54-year-old, have been charged with assault. The 54-year-old was also charged with utter threats. ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW The men were arrested on Saturday and released. They are scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 22.Police spokesperson Cherri Greeno said the charges were laid after an extensive investi stanley thermoskannen gation. This was a very complex investigation that required a number of investigative follow-ups, including multiple witness interviews and video analysis, to determine if there was sufficient evidence to lay a criminal charge. The video shows a Kitchener man, 32-year-old Justin Leckie, and his service dog, Epi, being forcefully removed from the restaurant.Two men in the video were seen pushing him, bringing him to the floor and at times holding Leckies feet as if to drag him out.
