A collection of tugboats will be strewn along the waterfront this weekend, as Tugfest Georgian Bay returns to the Midland town dock. We are expecting 16 to 17 boats this year, with a mix of returning boats and a few new ones, said committee member and tug owner Paul Gaynor.Four new boats will be participating in this years event, which will include tugboat races, a parade of lights, push and pull demonstrations and tug tours.
