CBS News Live Video Live Clinton campaign aides are gearing up for Hillary Clintonrsquo first debate with Donald Trump. The candidate is in the zone,they say, but theyrsquo;re throwing a little water on the idea that there will be any fireworks at this first contest.In fact, aides are expecting a boring debate, in which Americans will see subdued, polite Donald Trump -- similar to the demeanor he showed at NBCrsquo Commander-in-Chief forum. According to a Washington Post story, the telephone giants are spending millions to increase capacity in nation s capitol to support the more than two million who might be talking, texting and sending pictures during the various inauguration events. The additional cellphone capacity may not be enough to prevent congestion. A Verizon spokesman told the Washington Post: You can add hundreds of thousands of lanes to a highway, but if millions of people go for a drive at same time, you can still have a stanley thermobecher jam, said John Johnson, a spokesman for Verizon Wireless. There are just so many unknowns. Although cellphone service might be interrupted or spotty for attendees, emergency responders and 911 calls should not be adversely affected, as they will have priority use of bandwidth.Click Here For All Of CBSNews s Special Inauguration Coverage ponen stanley mug t--type-recirculation .item:nth-child 5 display: none; inline-recirc-item--id-d15b8ac2-8c88-11e2-b06b-024c619f5c3d, right-rail-recirc-item--id-d15b8ac2-8c88-11e2-b06b-024c619f5c3d display: none; inline-recirc vaso stanley -item--id-d15b8ac2-8c88-11e2-b06b-024c619f5c3d ~ .item:nth-child 5 display: block;
