It looks like KitchenAid has finally learned a trick from sportscar manufacturers like Ferrari, and even Iron Man. The company newest addition to its Pro Line of appliances is this lustworthy electric kettle that comes with an optional candy apple red color scheme that makes it look like it could boil water in three seconds. It can ;t, of course, but the 51 ounce kettle does have an awesomely old school analog water level gauge on the side of its stainless steel dome for perfect measurements. And an adjustable thermostat on the base letting you dial in a specific water temperature from 50 to 100 degrees celsius鈥攎aking it perfect for tea snobs. It took several decades before the Muppets became the jovial mop-puppet hybrids we know and love today. Before they hung out with Alice Cooper and hosted wrestling competitions, the Mupp stanley cup ets lived in a sometimes unsettling world full of hungry dismembered heads, Cookie Monster selling IBM computers, and Kermit extolling the virtues of pig meat. I found myself today at Sequoia Nation Park and I was already taking pictures trying to capture at least a little glimpse of how amazing the trees were. I took this photo with the intention of making an HDR file with it. I was able to merge the files into a nice HDR image. I then applied the surrealistic filter in the HDR editor. To make sure I stayed with the spirit of the challenge, I then went through the regular filters and added a lens flare and some gaussian blur. I took many lens flare pictures over the last few days, so it kills me to add one from the filters- but it is fun here so I don ;t mind too much. I had my camera set t stanley cup o aperture priority and f22.
