SAN DIEGO CNS - A man acting erratically in his Cortez Hill neighborhood apartment died at a hospital after San Diego police took him into custody, authorities said Saturday.Dispat stanley canada chers received a call at about 11:48 p.m. Friday about a possible drug overdose at an apartment in the 1400 block of Second Avenue, according to Lt. Andra Brown of the San Diego Police Department.Officers arrived at the apartment and contacted a 32-year-old man, Brown said.
