Welcome! This space is for wedding dresses, suits, bridal party outfits, rings, hair and makeup. There is no single right wedding look: the aim is to feel comfortable and like yourself.

    Before your first appointment

    • Think about the setting: consider the season, venue, ceremony surface and how much walking or standing you expect.
    • Set an overall outfit budget: include alterations, shoes, accessories, undergarments and any cleaning or pressing.
    • Ask about timing: confirm ordering, delivery and fitting dates with the retailer or tailor before committing.
    • Try moving: sit down, walk and lift your arms. Comfort matters during a long celebration.
    • Plan fittings: ask what shoes or other items you should bring so the fit and hem can be checked properly.

    Make bridal party choices considerate

Discuss budgets openly and privately before choosing outfits. A shared colour palette with different cuts can give people flexibility, but choose whatever works for your group. Be clear about who is paying and what each person needs to organise.

For hair and makeup, bring reference images and explain your usual style. Ask what a trial includes and how the wedding-morning schedule will work.

    Share your ideas

Are you choosing a dress, suit, jumpsuit or something different? What has been your biggest challenge: fit, budget, timing or narrowing down your options?

We welcome different bodies, cultures and styles. Keep feedback kind, and only post photographs you have permission to share.
